Setup
Social profile setup
The unglamorous wiring that decides whether a first-time visitor becomes a follower, and whether next year’s campaigns have any data to work with.

Five seconds, one decision
Someone lands on your profile from a reel. They will decide in about five seconds whether to follow, and in about ten whether to message you. Nearly every profile we audit fails that test for the same reasons: the bio describes the company instead of the offer, there is no obvious next step, and the pinned posts are whatever happened to do well in March.
Setup fixes the parts that compound. Categories and names that make you findable in search. A bio that states what you sell and where. Highlights ordered by what a buyer actually asks. One link destination that works on a phone. And the tracking pixel installed correctly now, because audience data cannot be collected retroactively — a pixel added six months late is six months of buyers you can no longer reach.
Why now
Audience data cannot be backdated. Every month the pixel is missing is a month of warm buyers you will never be able to advertise to again.
What you get
Account and category hygiene
Correct account type, category, searchable name field, contact buttons and location — the fields that decide whether you appear in local search at all.
Bio and link strategy
A bio that names the offer and the place, and a single link destination that loads fast and works one-handed.
Highlights architecture
Highlights ordered around real buyer questions — prices, proof, process, place — with covers that match the identity.
Pixel and event wiring
Meta pixel installed and tested, key events defined, so retargeting and lookalike audiences are possible when you want them.
Cross-account linking
Instagram, Facebook page, WhatsApp Business and catalogue connected properly, so messages land in one place.
How the first ninety days run
Nothing here is a surprise on your side. This is the sequence, and roughly when each part lands.
| When | What happens | Your time |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Full audit of every account, including the ones you forgot you had. Duplicates found and consolidated. | Account access |
| Week 2 | Rebuild — names, categories, bios, buttons, highlights, covers, pinned posts. | One approval |
| Week 2 | Pixel installed, events tested, WhatsApp and catalogue connected. | Website access |
| Ongoing | Profiles kept current as offers change. This is included, not billed again. | None |
Where it goes wrong
What most businesses get wrong.
Treating setup as a one-time chore
Categories, linked assets and the pixel are the plumbing every future campaign depends on. Get them wrong and paid advertising never quite works.
A bio that describes instead of sells
Five seconds decides whether a visitor follows. Most bios list what you are instead of what you do for the person reading them.
No pixel from day one
Every day without tracking installed is audience data you can never get back — and can never retarget later.
What good looks like
You’ll know it’s working when…
Where we’d start
We rebuild both profiles from the bio outward — naming, categories, highlights, link strategy and the pixel — so the foundation is right before a single post or rupee of spend.
- A first-time visitor understands what you sell in five seconds
- Pixel and conversions tracking firing on every key action
- Highlights, link and pinned post all pulling their weight
- Accounts correctly categorised and verification-ready
What we need from you
- +Login access, or admin rights granted to our accounts
- +Website or landing page access for the pixel
- +Your current price list, even if it changes often
- +The WhatsApp number enquiries should reach
Questions
Do you need our passwords?
No. We work through Business Manager and partner access, which you can revoke in one click and which never exposes your personal login.
We have two Facebook pages by accident.
Common, and fixable. Pages can usually be merged without losing followers or reviews. We handle the request and the waiting.
Is this a one-off?
The rebuild is. Keeping profiles current afterwards is part of every plan, not a separate line.
Works well with
Rarely bought alone.
This craft does its best work paired with a few others — here’s what usually goes with it.
Logo and brand identity
A mark, a palette and a type system, decided once, so that a year of posts reads as one company instead of twelve.
