Campaign structure, creative and daily budget management on your own account

Paid amplifies. It does not create.

Advertising is the fastest way to find out whether your message works, and the fastest way to waste money if it does not. So we do it in that order: publish organically first, find the post that already earns saves and shares on its own, then put budget behind that. Paid amplifies what works; it very rarely creates it.

Structure matters more than clever targeting. A small number of campaigns, clean audiences that do not overlap and bid against each other, and enough budget per creative to actually learn something. We start low deliberately — small enough that a wrong guess costs a lesson rather than a month.

The account is yours. Spend goes from your own payment method directly to Meta, in your name, so you see every rupee, you keep the pixel data and the audiences you have built, and you can stop any day without asking us.

On the money

Ad budget never passes through us. Your account, your card, your name — you can see it and stop it any day.

What you get

Account and campaign structure

Business Manager set up properly, a small number of campaigns, and audiences that do not compete with each other.

Creative built to be tested

Several angles per offer, so you learn which message works rather than whether one image did.

Audiences and retargeting

Interest, lookalike and custom audiences built from your real customer data. Warm visitors get the follow-up; cold audiences see proof first.

Daily budget management

Spend and comments checked every working day. Losers stopped early, winners scaled slowly.

Enquiry handling

Leads routed to WhatsApp or your inbox with the context attached, so nobody replies to a stranger blind.

How the first ninety days run

Nothing here is a surprise on your side. This is the sequence, and roughly when each part lands.

Where it goes wrong

What most businesses get wrong.

Boosting posts and calling it advertising

The boost button isn’t campaign structure. Proper account setup, audiences and creative testing are where the returns actually live.

Scaling a guess

Spending big in month one on an unproven creative is how budgets vanish. Find what works small, then scale that.

Bundled ad spend

When an agency runs spend through its own account, you lose visibility and control. It should always be your account, in your name.

What good looks like

You’ll know it’s working when…

Where we’d start

We structure the account, test creative small and scale only what earns — all on your own ad account, so you see every rupee and can stop any day you want.

  • Spend on your own account, in your name
  • Only proven creative gets scaled up
  • Cost per result trending down over time
  • Warm and cold audiences handled differently

What we need from you

  • Your own ad account and a payment method on it
  • A working pixel — installed in setup if it is not already
  • Someone who replies to enquiries within a day
  • A budget you are willing to treat as a test for six weeks

Questions

What is the minimum budget?

Small enough to learn something, which usually means a few hundred rupees a day per campaign. Starting big on an untested message is how budgets get wasted.

Who pays Meta?

You do, directly, from your own card on your own account. We never handle the money and never mark it up.

When will we see enquiries?

Often within the first fortnight, but the first six weeks are for learning what a good enquiry costs you. Judge the channel on that number, not on week one.
